I recently simmed an entire season with the Red Sox with no problems. Not sure where you got the unis or what effect playing off the flash drive would do, but indicating you're off the flash drive suggests it isn't a legal copy.

Get a phase 4 roster and see if you have the same problem.

Here's what I'm talking about. Setting speed and control at 36 did nothing.

Plus, I've tried to play sports game on a phone screen. There's no other word for it than "sucks".

hehe....would actually do it if possible. The top speed of the FB to the plate is not quite exactly what one might see, but then again you don't want to take the fun factor out.

When attempting to tweak a bit last night I was playing around with a few things with the Rays, primarily cosmetic. Just having had a game with my brother he brought in Badenhop and I thought his slider seemed a bit extreme. In looking at his actual pitch types I saw that he does not throw a FB. Since you cant really eliminate a FB at first I tried to have it emulate the sinker but it doesnt really do that. I went the other direction and gave his FB attributes ridiculously low values and voila! the FB doesnt show at all. However if you try to intentionally hit a batter, the game will crash. I think the 36 control and speed values may be the magic cut off number with this and need to play with it further.

Somehow missed the Carlos Lee deal. Will be fixed along with a few other minor cosmetic things.

Probably for the announcers, which I have turned off a long time ago.

Kyle....for what it's worth. I teased out the current manager into a table for cyber nos. only. I don't see where to put in the audio ID, but wanted to get the cybers straight at least. For some reason I cannot get Showalter (BAL) to remain stable. He made my roster set crash in an earlier version and he's doing it again, even with the '12 beta test. Hey gents. With the soon to be released 12 TC mod just wondering if there is still any interest in online play for anyone. I've attempted to create a very realistic online experience that mirrors the real game as much as I can. Max pitch speed, classic pitching, no throw meters, basically everything going by "feel" versus a reliance on strictly visual game cues. We do use the vector line and ball catch indicator since that's about the only way to emulate 3D vision. Overall I would say up front that it is not at all like playing the PC with the game. Playing a human opponent is very different. The only other stipulations are to have a pretty fast internet connection, wired, not wireless, and using a decent graphics card, not integrated. You're going through a lot of trouble for only a little time. Wait until the '12 total mod comes out. I would spend more time finding a datafile that you like and getting some gameplay sliders and conditions that suit you.

Did you install the game first and then try to install the 08 mod over top of it? Uninstall the game. Simply create a folder, name it what you want, place TiT application and the 08 mod in that same folder, start TiT, point it to the 08 mod and watch for the prompts. When it's done it will take you to a defunct website, just ignore that. You do not need any official patches at all either.

She seems like a lady who could have a lot of outside support... family, church, both. I'm sure they'll help her through it...... the money, even if it's 10% of that certainly won't hurt. As far as the kiddies..... karma is coming!

Thanks....just about there. NL is done. Just have about 35 players to adjust in the AL to finish. Not as daunting as it sounds. Had an NL game online with my brother tonight using these (classic pitch meter). He absolutely crushed an up and in pitch to almost dead center with Brandon Phillips. Would like to start figuring more pitching formulas to consider control. A bit of a guessing game right now. Though overall I'm pleased. The cybers I've reassigned and I've been able to see so far really add to the game..... so cheers to the 2 main cyber makers and the guys who past cybers, esp. Homer, are still looking good.

Not guaranteeing it's going to be perfect. People can always indicate a problem just as in the past. But I am updating all of the cybers I see in the ID thread.

Should be ready very, very soon. Transactions made (and caught some guys I missed who were sitting on teams they shouldn't have been). Made player attribute changes for some as well. You Angels fans will especially be happy with Trout! American League is completely done. Several NL teams to fine tune. As always.... MLB focused. This is the most accurate depiction of pitchers you can find!
