Searched and searched and cannot find a solution. Getting this consistently when trying to experiment in installing Jogar's Nationals cyberface 3-pack recently released, using TiT. What am I missing?

Getting the fifas.exe has encountered a problem error. Yes, did search for a solution, but not seeing a good one. I've tried with and without re-naming the numbers (which are needed). Suggestions? I do notice you have the .fsh file accompanying where others have a .bmp. Is that important? -
^^stupid question. The alphas would still need to be made?

Also, need a number and portrait for Padres pitcher, Joe Wieland

Well, the moves and debuts for sure. I started getting into 40 man rosters, but it was simply taking too long and honestly, many of the players never make it to the bigs. I am changing attributes to some degree, but not extensively. I am looking at those players who have played so far in the bigs and seeing if their contact/power numbers seem legit. Usually they don't so I have upped quite a few of those types of guys. Same for pitchers. When they come up, there is some data to grab onto via pitch f/x and many fringe type pitchers get speed bumps and control bumps if warranted. I'll be adjusting certain prominent Phillies players down, for example, like Rollins, Mayberry. Halliday's speed will come down some and will also reflect pitch f/x not really showing him throwing much in the way of a straight fastball this year. So his FB will actually be his splitter as best I can reproduce it. Only 1 changeup pitch thrown so far. Pretty significantly different from last year: Type.......Count......Selection......Velocity FC ..........301...........47.6%...........88.9 CU...........146...........23.1%...........76.5 FS...........101...........16.0%............82.4 FT.............84.............13.3%..........90.4 Also, you'll see lots of team ranking changes like the Cardinals as the #1 batting team thus far and Miami the #4 team overall. I'm always open to suggestions that are reasonable and in keeping with the existing attributes. Unfortunately the typical critiques have included people who can't get the roster to work in game (usually because the cyberfaces aren't installed properly) or some homer thing, like they believe a certain player should have high 90's contact and power because they just think so.

Related to a move or possibly a missed portrait. And thanks for the multitude of portraits already done this year! B. Abreu (LA Dodgers) - #4 A. Gonzalez (Rangers) - #7469 C. Thomas (Twins) - #6551 C. Stewart (Yankees) - #6358 V. Chulk (Brewers) - #2224 S. Camp (Cubs) - #2214 Also, need a number and portrait for Padres pitcher, Joe Wieland thanks. P.S. BaseUp Rosters Phase 2 (all players who have played in majors thus far, omitting significant and season ending injuries) is done. Doing one last cyberface match up for them.

Change of plans for BaseUp. I'm going back to the formula for last year and updating based only on who has actually played in the big leagues. Problem is especially for pitchers who might be on the 40 man and can't get a good find for their pitch specifics. Plus, often times, these guys never make it past AA or AAA. I know guys like to play with minor league team, but that was never the emphasis for this roster set from the beginning and there are alternate choices, which is always good.

I'm amazed there was something that recent. You might want to grab that and start the updating.

This is where the search function leaves a lot to be desired. I searched "overlay" on the basic search function and got no results. I went into advanced and chose the 2005 section and listed as posts and got 8 pages worth of results. Good luck...lots of content there.

Phase 2 of BaseUp Roster: AL East is done and I'm hoping to get AL done completely by Wednesday and NL by the end of next weekend. We'll see how it goes. Keep in mind it is an MLB focused roster set and I won't be doing minor leagues.

Wow....some of you guys need to take a trip to the produce section next time you're at the store and look at the apples and oranges! I know patriotism and pro-American mentality has taken quite a back seat these days with some groups, but there is still a spirit of taking a stand for your country and having no regard for you enemies, tyrannts, subversives and terrorists. It's not that we just "don't like him"..... he's a Marxist/Leninist commie who, amongst many other things, allowed the USSR to store nuclear missles on his island. Guillen is an American...not a Hispanic-American, not a Hispano-American, not a Spanish-decent-American. He's an American. He was born in America. You don't make supportive comments about long-time enemies of our freedom and principles. It's not that we just "don't like him".... leave that silly comment for Sidney Crosby when he's talking about the Flyers.

You said, "The only person that can do this is the person who created this mod." That's pretty clear to me. It comes from the mod or no one. It's not for others to ask you to clarify. It's on the poster to be clear. We can't be mind readers. End of discussion.

Wait...why not? If the link is dead and the mod is not around to respond, then how the hell are you going to police somebody emailing a copy of it or not? It's not like anyone is profiting from this.

They are...thx for the props..... and the heads up on Joel. I'm only mad if they traded him and he has a big bat. :)

I don't think you're looking at the correct roster set. As far as the Phillies go, this set: *does have Ryan Howard because he is listed on the MLB injury page as " Possibly late May or early June" (players on this set are included on the squad as long as they are slated to return by the All-Star break) *does not have Utley since it is projected he will be out longer *does have Galvis as the starting 2B *does have Contreras in the pen *keeps Orr in the minors *keeps Martinez in the minors since he was not necessarily going to win the starting position outright *does have Nix on the 25 man squad *I did miss Pineiro getting signed by Baltimore and can corrected for the next Phase This is and has been primarily a major league focused roster set and the next phase will focus on 40 man rosters.... I will probably also start making batting attribute adjustments for significant change needs. thx

File Name: BaseUp Rosters Phase 1 25-Man File Submitter: daflyboys File Submitted: 17 Apr 2012 File Category: Rosters Version: 1.0 See the included .rtf file for make-up of this roster set. Do not ask about individual faces not looking correct until you've checked what you've installed and if numbers match up. Use the thread for support / questions. Plan: Phase 2 ~ 40 man rosters. Like the overall layout look and design. A couple of things: *You have 2 Phillies.... I might go with another team *Kinsler (?) in the upper right --- top of head too darkened out *Is that an eyeball? A bit creepy for a baseball image *The fire streak to the lower left looks out of place Overall, it almost has a comic book cover appeal .... which to me is appealing! :)

Just about done w/ Phase 1 of BaseUp Rosters. 25 man rosters; correct jersey numbers; latest major injury reflections; need to get changed ID numbers that you guys have been doing in there. After that.... 40 man are next and hopefully do that within a 2 week period.
