You don't really need to create them. If you can run MVPEdit on your PC, you can export individual players from another roster and then import them to the given team of your choice. Of course you have to balance the teams to where you are importing.

You can do so manually in the config text file found in your MVP2005 folder/documents section (not main folder)

If you mean your personal W/L stats etc., I would assume those are in your profile file.

It's how politically correct the pitcher is as the game goes on.

Compatibility mode would be good. Also, are you trying to run the original version or the MVP 15 mod? Try running either MVP 08 or MVP 12 as those were the last two highly stable mods for most people.

If someone has an answer, they'll respond. They sort of frown on bumping your own threads around here. Just be patient.

You can get lots of mods for 2016, just check the downloads. But there is no total conversion mod for 2016, nor is one planned.

Yes...tools/options... check show players portraits and players faces. if they have a generic cyberface, none will show. Some players may have the correct portrait number, but if you don't have a portrait installed for that player, it will say the above.

Maybe we need a different thread for these other things, guys?

You would need to have mostly identical installs and then connect IP to IP which still works very well. If your locations are not too far apart, you would have great continuity. Game Ranger, despite many people asking, will not work with MVP as they did not add it in. Tunngle might, but one my one attempt to get it working, we could not. IP 2 IP works well though. Keep in mind this is only versus play. There is no option to play on the same side. With IP 2 IP play, your respective routers would need to be set up for the proper ports to be opened. Setting sliders has to be done each game, unfortunately. Well, maybe someone knows a way around this, but I never knew of one. Also, the options you can supposedly set before you go into the game do not work either. Everything has to be set manually prior to each game. I would be happy to give you our slider set we use for online play and the set up, but we also use classic pitching and we dumb the control down on the pitchers by 22 points each per pitch. We had to do this because, despite setting the sliders as low as possible, we were still getting very, very low scoring games. We eventually settled on this attribute edit that helped our games overall. The other great thing about classic pitching (no meter) is that it's not obtrusive on your screen while playing, plus your opponent can't tell if you hit the green zone (perfect pitch) area, but then again, neither can you. Here's a recent series we are in that shows you that possibility in variety of game outcomes. Our 4 most recent games are attached. As you can see, we get pretty realistic pitch counts as well. Also, HR's are not crazy high. Triples are misrepresented because if you make a misplay in the outfield and the runner makes it to 3rd, the game doesn't count it as an error. tourney gm 1 det pit.htm tourney gm 2 tor nym.htm tourney gm 3 bos mia.htm tourney gm 4 nyy was.htm

The only thing about using a different datafile is that you won't get the same camera settings that I suggest to use with this mod. I would use the datafile that I have posted.

Guaranteed: (note this is not an MVP 13 roster, etc...that's just the logo at the time)

There are large and small packs, but since it's always growing there is never one large all encompassing pack. I would go back to the beginning of 2013 in the cyber area and start downloading away. Alternately, the 2015 TC mod would have the most up to date (but not necessarily always the most preferable version of any 1 given face if multiples are floating around out there) models.big file, which houses the cyberfaces. Then you can add on to that with the faces that were UL'd since that was released.

Hey dp.... yes the cpu v cpu is strictlyl a set up and watch the game roster set. I have a slider set and instructions on how to set it up that go along with it with an earlier cpu v cpu set, so check that out as well. About the only thing that's next to impossible to come out of a cpu/cpu game with is pitch count.

Skip the practice game. Go into "Get In The Game" and choose "Season Prep Game" and there you can choose what you want as it is basically an exhibition game (also to be used w/ the CPU v CPU rosters). The practice game is like a quick start game.
