When I was moving the pitch meter in Trues overlay, I found a value named pitchspeed in the fes_ingameoverlay.fel file of the ingame.big file.

Looks good.... my other 2c is take out the "15".... that way in future years when someone wants to use it (or keep it), it doesn't seem so dated. E.g., the Trues 07 one is great but it says 07 in various places.

I think part of that, Rog, is guys used to stick with their teams a lot longer, so when an All-Star game was played, there was still a bit of loyalty to your particular squad.

Agree about the smaller score bug and pitch select display. If there is ANY way to get the pitch type/speed that you see after a pitch to a static spot (as you would see broadcast in a real game), that would be awesome.

Only thing I can think is it's not saving the speed for some reason and keeping the default at 36. After you insert the speed, click on another field any where on the same page so that the program definitely saves it.

One major event not mentioned is that the U.S. Open (golf) has been going on this weekend at Chambers Bay (Washington State) on a course that looks as if it was concocted in Hell! The amazing story of the tourney, though, is that Jason Day, an Australian champion, fell over during the second round due to a long term battle he's been having with vertigo. Long story short...... he is tied for the lead with 3 other golfers going into today's last round. The leaders start teeing off at around 5:30 eastern time today. Should be good drama.

4:3 aspect. I don't like how the players look squat and fat in 16:9. I also tested what you had in the other thread and I thought the broadcast view was too far away. I don't think you can see more of the field if there isn't anything in the programming to show more of the field when you change to 16:9 regardless.

Very nice on the 'Stros and Lincecum. But I have a feeling he won't be keeping that look long!

Gonna have to give this a go for sure. Aerial always seemed way too far away, but the broadcast modification looks like that might be preferable. Regardless, I'd want to work back in the 1P view batting look. Thanks very much. P.S. Ok..now I see it's not just a datafile.txt So I'm a little confused. Should we test this without our current datafile.txt in place or taken out?
