One major event not mentioned is that the U.S. Open (golf) has been going on this weekend at Chambers Bay (Washington State) on a course that looks as if it was concocted in Hell! The amazing story of the tourney, though, is that Jason Day, an Australian champion, fell over during the second round due to a long term battle he's been having with vertigo. Long story short...... he is tied for the lead with 3 other golfers going into today's last round. The leaders start teeing off at around 5:30 eastern time today. Should be good drama.

4:3 aspect. I don't like how the players look squat and fat in 16:9. I also tested what you had in the other thread and I thought the broadcast view was too far away. I don't think you can see more of the field if there isn't anything in the programming to show more of the field when you change to 16:9 regardless.

Very nice on the 'Stros and Lincecum. But I have a feeling he won't be keeping that look long!

What kind of a pitch was it and what details did you give it? Maybe you picked a pitch that doesn't allow for a certain velocity?

You're lucky somebody saw this as the thread has to do with grass texture. First off, new rosters won't be seen in an on-going season/franchise. Secondly, when you install new rosters, I would keep the roster zip file in the "database" sub-folder; group by type within the folder; now that the 19 .dat files are grouped together, delete them; unzip the new roster to that location. You will now see updated rosters in an exhibition game or new franchise/season.

Didn't take it as complaining. I'm just pointing out the realities. Glad youre enjoying.
