  1. That's why you keep a clean copy always handy.
  2. Excellent work....thank you. (Chirinos face may be somewhat narrow, but still very nice to have!)
  3. If you post something at Operation Sports, you may get more looks at this question.
  4. That's one way to go. I guess you could also just make a roster .sav file and load it as long as you're using the same datafile, etc.
  5. Probably anticipating more injuries. I think they have a good problem. After the Orioles, they're the bandwagon I'm jumping on come playoff time. Although I'm very disappointed in what Manny Machado did earlier this year. I'll chalk it up to him being a kid and look for him to reform and respect the game better.
  6. Ok....the baserunning was still off, especially steal speed. When Aramis Ramirez steals 2 bases in a game, something is wrong! So here's the latest (Ichiro was barely thrown out by Joseph in the attached box score, so bumped the steal speed up slightly from an adjustment and came up with this): BaseUp! Rosters 2014 CPU v CPU ver 2.0 SLIDERS (MVP Level) Pitch Speed: 50 CPU Pitcher Ball Rate: -26 CPU Pitcher Fatigue: -4 CPU Pitch Control: -48 Bullpen Fatigue Rate: -40 Bullpen Fatigue Grace: 40 CPU Batting Contact: -40 CPU Batting Power: -40 CPU Bunting Ability: 10 CPU Foul Ball Frequency: 50 CPU Swing Frequency: -50 CPU OF Speed: -8 CPU IF Speed: -9 CPU Throw Speed: -2 CPU Throw Accuracy: -12 CPU Catch Errors: 27 CPU Catch Effort: 17 CPU Baserunning Speed: -3 CPU Runner Aggression: -35 CPU Runner Steal Speed: -9 CPU Runner Steal Delay: -25 CPU Steal Rate: 0 (VARIABLE) Runner Injury Frequency: 5 Pitcher Injury Frequency: 4 Batter Injury Frequency: 8 Fielder Injury Frequency: 11 ------------------------------------------- Test Game: NYY 2 BAL 0 Tanaka 4 hits the O's Tanaka rings up 13 K's while Beltran goes deep in the 7th on Jiminez for the only 2 runs of the game. 7. I can't believe no one ever commented on this. Defensive ratings are definitely difficult to calculate considering the formulas that are out there. Dylan made some most amazing calculators all around!!
  8. Give this a try. Remember to set both teams at MVP level: BaseUp! Rosters 2014 CPU v CPU ver 2.0 SLIDERS (MVP Level) Pitch Speed: 50 CPU Pitcher Ball Rate: -26 CPU Pitcher Fatigue: -4 CPU Pitch Control: -48 Bullpen Fatigue Rate: -40 Bullpen Fatigue Grace: 40 CPU Batting Contact: -40 CPU Batting Power: -40 CPU Bunting Ability: 10 CPU Foul Ball Frequency: 50 CPU Swing Frequency: -50 CPU OF Speed: -8 CPU IF Speed: -9 CPU Throw Speed: -2 CPU Throw Accuracy: -12 CPU Catch Errors: 27 CPU Catch Effort: 17 CPU Baserunning Speed: -2 CPU Runner Aggression: -35 CPU Runner Steal Speed: -3 CPU Runner Steal Delay: -25 CPU Steal Rate: 8 (VARIABLE) Runner Injury Frequency: 5 Pitcher Injury Frequency: 4 Batter Injury Frequency: 8 Fielder Injury Frequency: 11
  9. I'll post the updated ver. 2 slider set here later. Here's a box score from it. Pitch count was even decent: WAS1.rar

Requests: Very nice! You may be too close on your face screen pictures now.
  11. Your screens shots are not very good. Hard to tell the quality.
  12. Mookie Betts (BOS OF) seems in need of an ID.
  13. Very nice. Installing all of them. I would work with Oscar to have the ID list followed. Much easier for installing.

THIS IS ONLY FOR PHASE 2, VER 1. THIS IS NOT NECESSARY FOR PHASE 2, VER 2. Updates needed cyberface assignments. 3 versions to match whatever you may use with the roster set. Simply substitute the <attrib.dat> file in your data/database sub-folder. This will not affect an on-going season/franchise.

  16. Oh yes......thanks again. Got him.
  17. I hope Homer is going to put out an updated cyberface pack with the correct numbers, etc. P.S. I don't have Snydergaard in the roster set.
  18. Ok thank you. Maybe I can release the .dat file that would have these instead of a complete file. No need for that. Should have it done by tonight. Thanks for looking out.
  19. Thank you sir. Update is completed. All enjoy. (3 versions available)
  20. Thanks Laro and thanks for your updates. They have been immeasurably helpful.
  21. Thought I caught that. Good find. Update should be out later today.
  22. Thanks Oscar....I'm going to update tomorrow. I was playing a few test innings and came across Eric Surkamp being all wrong, so he will need correction too. I assume that's David D. Carpenter from the Braves.
  23. If you want a different look/feel of the game, give this a try when ready (read over everything thoroughly): '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>
