  1. Here's a list I used to keep updated throughout the season in case anyone wants to use it. Gave you a head start for this season! 2014 MLB Roster Player OUT FOR SEASON List.doc
  2. People need to understand that doing the minor leagues is a very daunting task with rosters, especially when the official minor league sites will often list more than 25 players per squad.
  3. You would have to open the "models.big" file with the bigGUI app. Import those 3 files, compress them and hit "rebuild". Always back up any file you're working on.
  4. jshap.... In a situation like Eric Young's, he "originally" didn't have a custom cyberface number. Over time as cyberface numbers were getting assigned / changed, kyleb was giving players their "official" new cyber number. If you search this topic: http://www.mvpmods.com/index.php?showtopic=53068 , for Eric Young, you'll see that kyle replied at one juncture: "Eric Young Jr 823, replaces Anthony Reyes". In this roster set, Young has the "correct" number, but the original MVP13 face for THAT number (823) is somebody else, in this case a White guy. Therefore, somebody made a new Eric Young custom cyberface (see downloads: http://www.mvpmods.com/index.php?app=downloads&showfile=8117). This particular face was made my jogar and he didn't usually follow the official ID list. But this is easily corrected (and it's just easier to follow the official numbers imo). Once you download this file, change each of the three essential numbers currently in it (in this case "217") to 823 (don't lose the "c" for these files). Then install.
  5. Mismatched faces/bodies can be on your end, but it can be the roster maker not using the official ID. The bottom line is does the install match the ID in the roster? Also, if you install a cyberface separately, did the cyber maker use the official ID and/or does it match with the ID in the roster.
  6. Don't overwrite.... delete the existing .dat files and unzip the new ones to that location.
  7. @thetsar: just about every mod has a "support topic" link to the right of the mod description, under the modder's name (on this page)
  8. Much, much thanks. Only suggestion I would say is announce as of when then rosters reflect the latest moves.
  9. If guys have any questions about these guideline charts if they get them, feel free to PM me.
  10. Sure thing.... and if you find any modification needed for MAG..... I guess post them somewhere or modify this and UL. He'll need a portrait eventually.
  11. You're creating new pitchers, but not giving them any of their proper pitches or their appearances. Maybe because they haven't played in the MLB as of yet. Here's a create-a-player (CAP) for Miguel Alfredo Gonzalez on what I could find for him for a scouting report. You can import him if you continue with updates. Gonzalez, Miguel Alfredo.rar
  12. For those guys using BaseUp! Rosters as a base (at this point 2 people), you want to consider using the most recent version of the roster set since it has some updated features. It seems like the guys who have so far have gotten an older version. Updated features: **Ver. 2 (11/7/13)*** *Hot/Cold zones updated for MLB players with significant stats (ABs and/or GP). *Improved contact/power for good hitting pitchers *Additional cyberface matching improvements *Some additional pitchers' pitch types, speed & trajectory *Some additional top players moved back to respective MLB teams. The latest version is here: http://www.mvpmods.com/index.php?app=downloads&showfile=8345 The rosters are open for anyone to modify. You simply need to request doing so. Also, Yankee4Life has my modifying guideline sheets if you wanted to utilize those as well.
  13. Good job. In some cases you only have 1 bench player available. Consider doing 12-13 pitchers at the most per team. I typically went with 12, though on occasion it had to be 13.
  14. Don't copy and past over. Delete the old files and unzip the new ones into their place.
  15. I hope you're going to be wrong about Martin.... I doubt he'll be ready (again) this year. Looking for Pettibone to heal nicely! Anyway.... I was glad you could put these to use and that the community can continue enjoying them with some updating! Way to go!

  22. There's no intro in MVP13. You can grab files from there.
  23. Looking to get my hands on an OUYA to play around with. I have a gently used WDTV Live Plus streaming device that handles internet and local streaming. It has built in Netflix, HuluPlus and more (that you access with your accounts). See the ad here for the additional customizing (the b-rad mod is par none! Google it!): http://allentown.craigslist.org/ele/4245193469.html 2 remote controls included along with an HDMI cord. The inputs on this thing considering the size of it is just ridiculous. This is not just the media player, but the model that is internet compatible. I've used these boxes to cut my TV cable out completely. These can be CAT-5 hard-wired, wireless, or use with the electric cable extenders that plus into the wall (I use the Western Digital Livewire Utility). Don't like your OUYA? I'm looking for a gently used OUYA with controller. But if you want to buy the WDTV box outright, we can talk PayPal. P.S. This is not a bad homemade vid on YouTube about the capability of this installed mod.
