My pleasure. As of now there will be no additional tweaks or updates for 2013. I think I've done all I can do throughout the year (MLB batters attributes (inc bunting), changing fielding attributes, speed to match 2K's numbers for the most part, end of the year hot/cold zones, more pitcher pitch types and control based on ERA, more accurate catcher's throwing attributes). I've already started keeping up with the moves for next year, but I'll be going back to MLB focused rosters only. The minor leagues just don't interest me and Kyleb was the master of getting those together anyway. Next year, as long as I'm doing the roster set, anyone will be welcome to ask me to take it and release a minor league focused set if they want to. I'll only be creating players that figure to be prominent in the MLB picture for a given team next year. Ciao!

Everyone needs to adjust sliders to their ability and liking. I'm going to be publishing my latest tweaks along with the closer (almost) 1P batting camera soon. I would never go back from pitch speed of 50 since it really mirrors as close to actual MLB pitch speed as you can get (and even then, amazingly it's still not as fast). I originally made all of these tweaks because I wasn't striking out very much with batting cam 1, not that I was winning more games, just not striking out that much. If you end up playing with the batting cam I have AND the sliders it sort of forces you to approach cpu pitchers more like real MLB batters and look to certain zones and perhaps have to guess what type of pitch is coming depending on the count and situation. It's taking some time to get used to the even closer camera, but it's growing on me. CPU pitchers with a good mix of stuff are deadly even with human contact and power maxed out.

What'ya gonna do? The catcher's behavior/positioning during the throw leaves some to be desired. But I swear Wieters yelled "**** YOU Longoria!" right before he applied the tag. It was pretty cool. Saw another new one earlier but impossible to go back and do a screen capture. As I sent my manager out to "discuss" a call with the 2nd B ump on the last out of the inning, a fielder ran right in between us while we were "discussing". That was different.

Don't know. I would say the Shane Reynolds line would cause this, but he's there. I was able to import back successfully. Here's the .mbe file BUR 2013 VER 2.rar

Yes.....it's going to be a tweak of that.

Now that the rosters are settled for the year, I'm going to make an adjusted version of my "sim play" camera for the batting aspect (would love to do so as well for the pitching, but I think what would happen is that you're going to get that weird inside the body cam angle at some release points for certain pitchers). The plan is to see less of the batter and have it be almost completely first person view (ironic, because I generally hate 1P games in general). This will allow, with the entire slider set, to put contact and power at 50 each and still make it challenging to hit honestly (i.e., no pre-loading). I have been wanting to move the cam up slightly from my last endeavor regardless. There should be a few other All-Star slider tweaks as well.

Wonderful...thank you very much.

You probably didn't see the other threads being new here. To correct this, many of the guys with the same problem have been installing the game to their desktop, I believe, and not to the usual system folder.

Actually, you should be posting that question in the support thread, but since you did it here..... Because he was originally drafted by the LAA and has been primarily a minor leaguer. Obviously he was missed along the way. He was traded back in '10, the year prior to my undertaking roster adjusting. When I first set out to do these rosters I primarily focused on MLB rosters (which I will be doing again). He pitched a whopping 33 innings for KC this past year. You can easily move him in game and save the roster or import the roster to MVPedit and move him, then re-save the roster and make it your new default. So, hey... how about those dozens and dozens of hours I spent to get correctly adjusted hot/cold zones, which is the focus of this version? How about that?

Wieter sticks a tag on Longoria right before he can get it on the plate.....

I would assume it would work. The bottom line is that the tools won't access the 08 folder, so you'd need to switch them, yes.
