Those situations you used as an example sound like the exact situations i would intentionally walk the best hitter. I haven't noticed an excessive amount of IBB's in any of the mods that i have played but i could just be lucky. Your best hitter would be walked a lot if he is getting hits in his ABs early in the game as well.

.500 would probably keep my job so i would take that I am pretty content with missing the playoffs this season because there is no way i can catch the AL Central. The entire division is pretty much embarrassing the rest of the American League.

That game pretty much summed up my whole season so far, i play well and then all of a sudden there is that one inning and the game gets away from me. I would love to see a 10-0 record in my next 10 games but i think i'm going to struggle to get 5 wins from my next 10 games to be honest. Oh well, even if i miss the play offs this season with Boston, you never know it may open up other doors for me for next season.

I can't believe how the Rangers have been so poor this season after taking me to extra innings in Game 7 of the ALCS last season and signing some decent players in the Off-season. With Zink (8-5 1.97), Buchholz (6-7 4.46), Pauley (14-5 3.38) and Beckett (9-10 3.81) slated to start the series, i shouldn't really have much trouble picking up a couple of wins against them. So what's your plans for the upcoming season, Dynasty wise?

I thought it was about time to show them who is boss of the division. This is my first win in 6 attempts so wanted to make it count. I have 41 games to go and i'm trying to chase down the Rays for the division lead as the Wild Card will be coming out either the Central or the West as things stand.

I have got MVP set up and exactly how i want it again. I am going to play 2-3 minor league games that are scheduled before my MLB game against Tampa to get back in the swing of things and i am ready to go.

Nah, i let my mum take it for my little bro as a Christmas present as he was bugging my mum for months for one. I also forgot that once this time of year came back around, i would be in desperate need for Baseball and The Show Joe, i always make sure i have enough beer money :p

That's good to hear that you might still continue with MVP Yeah, i'm going to check out 2k10 for PC but i haven't got a PS3 anymore so may have to miss out on The Show but i might get lucky and buy another one Right, i now have my PC and it's all updated, i just need to do some final tweaks to MVP to get it back to how i use to have it and i will be ready to go and firing out games like i used to :)

Haha, yeah it really is me Thanks JR, i have noticed it is a bit quiet on the Dynasty front. I have moved like 600 miles away from home and i haven't got my computer and i'm not 100% sure when i will have it moved up to me. I wanted to get it shipped up using DHL but it is really expensive so i might have to wait till my parents come up so they can bring it with them. I'm really looking forward to getting back to MVP, i need something to do as i've gone from a busy city to a little town with not much at all at the top of Scotland :D
