It's the weirdest thing cause it's a new controller, I'm not even touching it, it's on my desk and when I'm trying to look at my stats it starts flipping teams like crazy!
-
I tried that already. I did a recalibrate to see if that does anything.

Has anybody ever had this issue? I'm on the XBOX 360 controller for Windows using the wireless adapter and every now and then in menus, the game acts as though I'm holding down the RT button until I click something else. Does anyone have ANY ideas what that could be?
-
Does anyone have any tricks for pulling off single player transactions during a season? I could have sworn there used to be the option to trade for a draft pick but maybe I'm thinking of another game. This is to properly deal with PTBNLs, waiver pick ups, etc. Any ideas would be awesome.

ALWAYS credit. ALWAYS ask. NEVER assume someone else's mod is fair game without permission.

In-Season/franchise Lineup And Rotation Editing
tinpanalley replied to tinpanalley's topic in MLB 2K12
So is there no application outside of the game to change lineups with? -
Hey guys, sorry for the delay... Thanks for all the feedback! @Joseangel459 - I'm looking at the Jays first but if I can get this down to where I can knock them off easily, then I'll do other players on other teams. @deano - Honestly, I don't think they're all necessary. Lind is terrible because his head shape is all wrong (doesn't look like it matters anymore anyway with him). I wish I could do Lawrie. DetroitStyle was trying to explain to me how to give him an editable head. If it works, I'm all over it. Would love to redo some of the pitchers that are hideous (Frasor, Morrow, etc) @MosDef23 - They were in my game. Unless I installed something I don't remember? All I've added is a roster update.

In-Season/franchise Lineup And Rotation Editing
tinpanalley replied to tinpanalley's topic in MLB 2K12
...that being said, I just realized that you can't actually fix the batting orders. Only the rotations. -
I'm an idiot. I just answered my own question. Please delete this posting. Just couldn't figure out how to load up the franchise file for editing and for trading players in Roster Editor.

File Name: Blue Jays crowd - Leafs File Submitter: tinpanalley File Submitted: 31 May 2012 File Category: Uniforms and Accessories TPA-Edits "Go Leafs Go " - A Toronto Blue Jays crowd clothes edit Another release to go with my first ever cyber release. This one was just an attempt to put more Leafs shirts in the crowd. Sure, because of the random distribution of the crowd shirts throught the stadium, it will appear WAY more than it should. I'm aware of that. No, I don't think it's realistic. But personally, when I'm playing with my Jays, and I'm pitching late in a game trying to get out of a jam and I see that Maple Leafs logo in the crowd, it feels awesome. Just some old nostalgia for those of us out there that grew up in Toronto. Enjoy. Click here to download this file

File Name: Arencibia Cyber File Submitter: tinpanalley File Submitted: 31 May 2012 File Category: Faces First ever TPA-Cybers release - J.P. Arencibia This was just a test to put my Photoshop abilities to the test with the amazing tools created by the 2K modding community. Nothing I did could have been done without their previously created tools. I thought the reslut was better than the stock Arencibia face so I thought I'd share in exchange for all the great mods I've gotten from here that make my game more enjoyable. I chose the stubble Arencibia face because I think it's his most common look. Try it out, back up your original first, and let me know what you think. Maybe I'll do more. I'm currently trying to figure out how to improve Lawrie. I'm originally from Toronto and a huge Jays fan so fixing the Jays for myself is my first priority. Thanks to wudl83, scottynilly, and DetroitStyle for answering my endless questions while I wrapped my head around how to do this. Enjoy. Click here to download this file

Ohhh, ok. Didn't realize you could be that crafty with the file names. Ok, I'll give that a go and then maybe release my Arencibia in the meantime. Just to see what others think. UPDATE: Haven't tackled Lawrie yet, but just released my Arencibia cyber. Check it out.

Ok, so now that I've got that, is there anything I can do to take one of those generic faces and make them into Lawrie's face? I assume then that EVERY player that uses that generic face will look like my "new" Lawrie. The other option I suppose is to make a new player altogether and create his face.
-
I think the problem I was referring to with the CPU realigning rosters was something that would happen when you had more than 25 men on the initial roster. THEN, the start of the season would cause a whole revamp of the lineups and rotations. But I think the beauty of the BSU rosters is that they seem to keep only 25 men on each team.
-
Sorry, I'm slow on this. So you're saying I should be able to go in and just create a player to be Lawrie? I'm not sur what you mean by custom face?
-
One question about the roster editor... Can I update lineups and rotations throughout a season by using the editor? Or is it best to do it in-game?
-
I'm not talking about which roster file gets used, I'm talking about the lineups being reset arbitrarily by the CPU once season play starts.
-
Do the rosters, lineups, etc get reset once starting season play like on the 360? I believe in previous years I had to start the season and then do all the roster editing before the beginning of the season so that the lineups would stay as I wanted them.
-
Are there rules or guidelines to follow here for uploading a cyber or other file? Want to try launching my first mods but want to make sure I comply with any rules. Thanks!
-
Hey, thanks. I'm not quite sure how the custom face idea works. Where did you create this custom face?
-
Is there a cyber we can assign to Brett Lawrie on the Jays?
