so how many processors would be ideal? 1? 2 or 3? 7 is def to much, overkill for mvp I set the processors to 1 and restarted the computer.. the game still runs super fast.. I can control the game when I pitch, but when the computer pitches, its almost impossible.. the pitcher doesnt stop for a second, its bam bam bam 1 after the other.. its crazy.. I need to slow this game down, I dont know how... I think we have used all options available.

I do have the compatibility mode set like that, but I will check to see on the processor... I have reinstalled everything and only put patches 1 - 3 in and it ran fast, so I will check the processors and see what that does.. Its my last option I think, if it dont work, this game is done unless I install windows 7 on this laptop.

Yes vertical sync is on all times and the game is installed on drive C Ive noticed on other sites where people have had discussions, that if the game is running this speed, its the typical speed it should be running if vertical sync is on, and thats crazy... the game plays in super fast forward, there is no way its the correct speed.

I play a variety of games on my laptop and all work perfectly. I have a core i7 and nvidea gforce 840m graphics card, so I am wondering if the processor is just to powerful for the game? could it be something to do with one of the patches?? I updated the fresh install with all 5 patches before adding the 2014 mod... the 2014 mod was fine before that I think, although it crashed a lot... hmmmmm scratching my head now and also now it jumps to desktop and I have to keep alt/tab to get it back to the main screen... wth is it with this game and my laptop.. its like they dont like each other much one more thing I will try and do, I will reinstall the game without the patches, add the mod and hope for the best.. and I will try to see if I can slow down my processor because its way to fast for this game I think, and I am not running anything in the background accept my anti-virus and skype.. stay tuned

Is anyone having problems with game speed at super fast pace?? Does anyone know how to adjust it to get it back to normal play speed? file? If there is a thread already started, I apologize... and if anyone can direct me to it, Id be greatful thanks

Tribe pitcher, Danny Salazar' face (not sure if he has a cyber) is not correct, he has some white dudes face.. and he throws 100 mph on his fastball.. I watched him last season when he was pitching (not that great most times) but he has gas on that fastball. I will keep looking for discrepancies and post them here to this post, so those who want to correct them before they install, can do it.

nevermind, some how I managed to solve the problem.. I had to go to tools, and set the file so it imported faces and portraits... never had to do that before, but whatever.. its solved, thank goodness for that.. now if I can get the TiT to install instead of just sitting there and doing nothing for an hour, that would be even better.. one thing at a time

I have an issue with mvpedit now, that I never had before.. I load it, import the roster data, and the protraits and cyberfaces dont show up like they used to before.. This is the first time I have used mvpedit in at least 3 years, so I dont know why this has happened. Is it a windows 8 issue and mvpedit is not compatible?? this dont make sense. the rosters I am using are the newest for 2015

I have these rosters and played the first game cleveland v. oakland and it played fine.. I dont have the updated schedule of course nice job on the rosters btw, huge props on the work!!!

Not to bump this old thread again, but I was looking back at these dynasties, and was wondering if anyone still had corruption issues with their dynasties after 2 or 3 months of play? I used to get them a ton, but now my hardware is leaps and bounds better than it was back in 2009..

I havnt been to this site in ages.. and for those who know me, I am notorious as a non finisher.. but I have aged and became a little more mature with matters of the heart so-to-speak.. Im not that same troubled guy I was 5 years ago, always having to have the last word I was thinking there might be a 2015, so that would be a good call to wait.. But I think I will play 2014 just as a warm up precursor.. Havnt played in 5 yars, so I need to get back in to the swing of things again.. I hope everyone is good.. I see a few new faces now.. Im happy this site didnt close down, would have missed it a ton! I like the look of this years Indians and excited for the season to start.. so thats going to be my dynasty as well.. Im going to add only a few (3 or 4) pieces, because I dont like the bullpen, but other than that, everything will be as close to the same as possible.

Hey Rick, looks like you stayed with this thread for a long time bro! Was reading up on it, kind of got the dynasty bug again.. For once Id like to start one and finish one, and this year, I feel like I can do it.. I dont know how I will make it look, presentation-wise... but Im gaining strength on ideas, as to what I want to do. I have 2014 installed and ready to go.. mvpedit is ready, and all I need is fraps, box score reader, and a few other things, and it should be a go... I will let you know how it goes, and when I will be ready to start..

Oh yeah, I was searching for saved game editor, no wonder i couldnt find it. Thanks Jogar84, I appreciate the help... The basehits that get ruled as errors are the only thing that kills me in this game.. everything else is awesome as usual...
