While unsuccesfully trying with something "big" regarding aditional texts so far, here is CSN Batter Name 02 * Fixed Batter stats changing colors, now they don't * Added Batting Average In order to get this patch to work, you have make the following changes: - install scoreboard file - update mlb2k12.exe Backup them first and try to update mlb2k12.exe. Thisi is very safe and will not harm you by anyhow. 1) Scoreboard File "CSN Batter Name 02" download here CSN Batter Name 02.rar 2) Open mlb2k12.exe with any hex editor. * CTRL+F (Find option for bytes) - we are looking for the first instance of E4D2AC00 E4D2AC00 - substitute (overwrite) these numbers with - B0D3AC00 then one line lower... E8D2AC00 - substitute (overwrite) these numbers with - B4D3AC00 then two lines lower... F0D2AC00 - substitute (overwrite) these numbers with - BCD3AC00 then one line lower... F4D2AC00 - substitute (overwrite) these numbers with - C0D3AC00 Then just Save and exit. It will work better in franchise mode as batting average will update right after a hit or out. Tho the first game will display stats form previous year and will not update live EDIT: after some play I'd recommend the last 4th instance substitute to ACD3AC00. This will show "Career", Career with Paul Maholm", "Season", etc. what is actual desribtion of avg. number on the left
  3. Regarding BATTER NAME. Looks like I have 10 available texts. Even more... In order not to waste some text for describtion of stat I could use a template saving 50% of texts I mean why to waste 2 texts for ERA 1.86 when I can (possibly) find a way to add one more texture with steady letters ERA, AVG, etc. then only numbers would be generic. Some rules.... I can only place them in minimum 2 lines: X X X X X X X X X X My ininital thought are to use one line for a live pitcher stats and other for a live batter stats, something like: Pitcher MATT GARZA 0-18 W-L 9.86 ERA ? ? At Bat MARK KOTSAY .341 AVG 12 HR 12 RBI 1-3 TODAY What do you think ? Any ideas ? BTW I found a way how to disable text color change (for those who tired "Batter Name 01 ") BTW2, maybe these changes will not require to modify mlb2k12.exe

  5. We have found the offset might differ depending on how hard roster was modified, therefore our offsets will not help you. Search for 2K default team colors as explained and you'll succeed But it could be that you'll find anyway something at offset area 13E200+ as in the picture
  6. I could move but I will not do tjis. 1) people play on different monotors - mine is 16:10, rest popular 16:9, 4:3, 5:4. Probably they all see a game differently cutted. My top could be out of bounds for you, etc. That I experienced modifying nba2k13 2) I will move it if real CSN will move it. From designer point of view (I am not that one) moving to the top would be mistake.
  7. But not nocesseraly as I downloaded his roster on 25th of April. And there were no your latest Cubs uniforms or whatever. I definitely changed Cubs theme color (not perfect tho) for educational purposes

  9. I did not import colorlist files yetand do not pay so much attention to accessories, tattos, airrings, etc. FOr me the most import is - gameplay.... I have manually updated your latest 0.23 for myself changing my favourite Cubs colors, plus two more I do not know if team themames on scoreboard and other windows affect colors for sox, and actually I was out for a year or so from MLB2K so many thing regarding uniforms, etc are unknown for me, but if by surprise that surspises you and you want to find out why these sox change color that probably would not be too diffiuclt for me
  10. His is a bit distracted ... That's ypur roster file. probably uniform files are very old for Cubs. How to change team colors on scoreboard and main theme is explained few pages earlier

As I already wrote, I am working on some more texts to be displayed on screen (mauybe as MVP05 would be too much, but some of them I'd really like to have) This will take some time to figure it out, to develope style where to place them, etc. So for now I just can share setup currently I have - just a Batter Name and Position All other aspects of scoreboard are left the same as on CSN 3.1.   13. Yes, scoreboard is visible during some more screnes than usual. Personally I like the timing now and sure I make changes to satisfy myself when hoping other baseball lovers would like them to. You always has a choise betwen modden scoreboards and default one, so by no means I can dissapoint you There are a lot of things in this scoreboard which I can't control. This is also to be said about scoreboard visibility time (acually I can do a lot with it, bet this result is the best). As you can note there are 2 pitcher names on the screen visible all the time. If you remember that never happens in default scoreboard. In order to achieve that I had to take some steps that also affects some other aspects of the game, in our case that is visibility time. To be exact these pitcher names and pitch counts is not a text that should be visible, it's more like only the shades of impormation that happened but do not have to be visible. The true look of this info is really not visible, we see only it's "shades"/""second life"... and that is relelated with timing periods which also affect the main scoreboard
  14. If you replace CSN scoreboard with some other.. - impossible to get the same result. You are doing something worng. Very simple logic.
  15. DOWNLOAD link on the first page Fixed crashes. That was releated with phases timing. This fix also affects scoreboard to be displayed almost permanently, even during defensive lineups, etc. As you notice there is still a problem with runners dots at the main scoreboard which have wrong positions for some short period of time (2nd and 3rd basemen) I am not sure this can be fixed, but will try to manage it. Thanks everybody for kind words, I am reading all your post. I am trying to answer to all post that requires some explanation or similar. Good luck with your games. Playball !!!

  17. In order to insert CSN texture I had to pick a pitcture that could be raplaced. In default scoreboard visible pics are 2k logos, red circle behind logo, Place holder... I took Place holder (that is on the left corner at default scrb). Nothing can be added to file, you only can edit material that is in the file It's size was 512x512 which way to low for larger image to be displayed nicely. I said to the file it will be 768x768, I wanted 1024x1024 but it causes even bigger problems When you read picture in hex format is looks like this XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX OOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOO ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ Imagine these are 3 different pictures So if said the first one will be larger file, then it occupies more space for that. Particulary regarding swing analyzer I will take a look for some workarounds....
  18. Just noticed a small conflict in v3 - if you call for Pitch Tracker the game will crash. Strange thing is that I did not touch that part at all. Will try to fix that
