I know I'm a month or so late on this, but... I don't know why you're having this problem viewing season awards. In any dynasty I've been in, I can always scroll though all the awards, for each league, after the season. This must have something to do with MVP 12 specifically. So no, EA Sports did not neglect to include this feature in dynasty mode. It's either a problem with the mod or you're not scrolling through the awards.

08 stadiums are the best bet. I've replaced all the MVP 15 stadiums with those, along with default uniform files from MVP 05 + thespungo's 2010 uni update and everything is running perfectly. Once I got my models.big down to where it is now (~ 556 mb) I've had zero freezes / crashes

you have to factor in salary when making trades. Teams would be reluctant to take on Victor's contract, considering his age. It's not just about "how good" the prospects are. It's more complicated than that. Also, it's probably not the best idea to make big trades in April, as teams aren't necessarily looking to make acquisitions yet. It's better to wait until close to the deadline as it's more realistic
