  2. I'll take whatever I can get. Despite being the greatest hockey game ever, goalies can perform these random acts of stupidity from time to time.

  5. It's an absolutely joke that baseball's all-time hits leader is NOT in the Hall of Fame. If I could replace Selig today, inducting Rose into Cooperstown would be the very first thing I would do.

  11. Logitech Dual Action USB controller goes for around $20 or less and works with every PC game I know. Have used it with MVP for years and also works perfectly for NHL 2004. I also got this XBOX 360 Wireless controller for Windows for Christmas. This is more expensive and primarily works with newer games, the triggers don't work with NHL and I haven't yet tried the controller wiith MVP. But for all other games I play, this is truly the best.

  14. Thanks JR, I'm sure I'll be begging you for some templates come baseball season for an upcoming MVP dynasty. B)
  15. I am enjoying this exquisitely Y4L, because, to me, it is the MVP baseball of hockey games. As far as installing season mods, you must install the original game to a short path like C:NHL 2004 and NOT a long path such as C:Program Files (x86)EA Sports NHL 2004 because the path will be far too long to install mods. You'll want to make a copy of your NHL 2004 install files to install the 2013 mods. Install the mods to C:NHL 2004 and afterwards rename the clean version of 04 something like "Original NHL 2004" or "Clean NHL 2004" but NOT "NHL 2004 Original" as it will confuse when the system is searching for the game. You will only be able to mod and play the version named "NHL 2004", so you can therefore "trick" your system of having multiple installs by simply naming whichever version you want to play to "NHL 2004" and the others as something else. If you ever want to play the original, simply rename it back to "NHL 2004".

  20. Yes x10000000! I've always dreamed of a 2001 mod but I have no modding skills. I would absolutely love it! I'd love to help out in some way but I have no experience in modding.
