wow, thx for all the help here yes the alpha is 256x256 i have it saved as 24-bit, but also tried 256, 16 and 2 colors, still no luck (my computer doesnt have an 8-bit option) i changed the audio/photo # to 2, which is unused, but still just says "no picture found" i appreciate everyone helping me out here, it must be ovious ive never done this before

It's a .bmp 256x256. I created an alpha image, 2x portraits is checked, show portraits is checked and i 2b clicked /data in the options menu. will changing the audio/photo number help, its currently 0 (blank outline)

I'm having trouble putting a picture I click where it says "No picture found" then click "new picture" then click my picture and press ok but nothing happens it just says no picture found still help please, im an idiot
