I'll admit that I'm not really the techie type so how can I be absolutely sure what my graphics chip is?

I am having a graphics/video issue with this game. The players vanish to the point where I can only see their hats, mits and cleats. And when some of them bat, they're invisible from the shoulders down. It's the wierdest thing. Any advice would be nice and appreciated...thanks!!! FYI - I have a HP Pavilion D7 H2500S2

Not that this has to do with anything but I believe it's worth noting that in MLB2K09 & 2K10 Franchise mode with CPU vs CPU play that I watched 36 games and saw nine homeruns. TOTAL! But, when I simulated other games, there is at least one per game and sometimes more. I guess the sliders are more important than I thought.

I've been playing PC baseball since the first High Heat came out and I've gotten close a couple of times to a perfect game. The closest was a two-hit, one-walk shutout against the Astros in 2000 (I was using Kevin Brown - Dodgers). But, pitching was a lot easier on High Heat back then. Since my carpal tunnel surgery, I have been unable to use a gamepad so I GM these days. Hit 'em where they ain't! JB

I guess I could do that, but I don't really know what they all mean anyway. I am post-op carpal tunnel surgery so I can't play the games so I figured this way I can still play GM. I just don't understand the sliders very well. As they stand right now, even the worst pitchers can throw five-hit shutouts and last into the 9th inning. Incredibly pathetic.

I have the PC version of 2K12 and I play as a GM so I don't get involved with ANYTHING on the field. I just make trades, set the lineups and let the boys play. What do you think would be realistic sliders for that sort of gameplay? Thanks! JB
