    1. Go to MVP BASEBALL/data/database 2. Right click on file 'pitcher.dat' 3. Open with notepad 4. Now you will see all the pitchers and his ratings: 5. Find the line: 0fff0bbff,0 Aroldis,1 Chapman,2 27,3 0,4 0,5 0,6 93,7 104, 6. The value (104) above is the fastball speed. 7. Save changes Enjoy the speed!
