Now I don't know if its possible but I was wondering of there's any way to change the 1987 birth year limit when you want to create players "in-game". I've already used MVP Edit to do my initial set up for this season but ii want to create a few of the Dodgers prospects to be kept in the Free Agent Pool. ta heaps guys

Hi guys Just a quick question re MVPEdit. I downloaded MVP 15 and love it but unfortunately the Dodgers have made soooo many changes to their AA and A teams that i've basically had to go to mvpedit and update them. Not a problem normally, I actually have fun doing that but after i export the DAT files back to the game, it lets me create my season etc and lets me get all the way to starting the season opener and then it crashes as the game is about to start, I'm wondering if there.s something I should be doing. I've tried running it as administrator etc I considered removing al of the relief pitchers from their spots (apart from the closer) but that seems a bit drastic. Will do if need be though lol Any ideas :-)

Brett Butler was my fave and I was a big fan of Eric Karros and Mike Piazza as well, and of course Orel Hershiser so this ROCKS!!! Love it buddy, sensational work

hey buddy, downloaded the mod and did all the required stuff thereafter but as soon as I try and run the game, I get up to the MVP 93 screen, the I get the "MVP 2005 has stopped working" error.Is it compatible with all versions of Windows.. I have W8 on my laptop and im wondering if that's the issue'

You guys are all amazing. BSU, i've only been coming here since about 2008 I think, and I don't think i've ever seen anyone publicly bag out the 2k series or the accompanying mods. Also, i've always found everyone here to be helpful and very accommodating with their knowledge, even when I ask seemingly dumbass questions lol I think its great that the site accommodates the 2k series as well as High Heat. I just wanna echo kyle b's sentiments, lets just relax and enjoy what we have here. Everyone's got an opinion on which game they prefer and as long as we are respectful of that, then we should all be able to co-exist here quite happily. So we should let these guys get on with putting the finishing touches on, what promises to be, an amazing new mod, that being of course MVP 15

Hey Nacho, there's a support forum where you downloaded Mvpedit from. You just need to scroll down the page a bit and it tells you the names of the 2 files you need to download to alleviate the problem. Its not just 8.1, I had the same issue when I first downloaded it in about 2008. Good luck buddy :-)

hey guys Here's an odd one. I finally got the game/mod up and running, even better after i rebuilt the models.big. I've been playing a season as my beloved LA Dodgers and the game has run very nicely, but as i'm about to start my 9th game, an inetrleague against Detroit, it completely freezes at the start of "simulating up to your game" Any ideas lol

yeah I was curious how that reply got through lol I wouldn't even know what a crack is lol

Hey guys, did anyone have any "loading" issues with HH2004. Like I installed the game fine (although it was amusing to note that game felt my memory of 4GB failed the games game requirement of 64MB lol) but now whenever I want to play the game it keeps asking me to insert the game cd, which I already have inserted lol very odd

HOORAYYYY!!!!! FINALLY!!! After a long process of elimination, including running the game in its original form then adding the patches, I have discovered what was making the game run at a million miles an hour!! The goddam patches lol I kept installing all five of the official patches. They must've been causing some kind of conflict. I have none installed and the game seems to be running nicely. Thanks again mate for all your help and patience.

hmm ok lol I use my laptop to play the game (well hopefully one day lol) Are you suggesting I turn off the "vertical sync" in the graphics card control panel buddy

I read back through the whole support thread and found nothing about the game running really fast. I must've been hallucinating lol. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas why this might happen. Everything else seems fine.
