  1. We all have our moments when we say something stupid of coarse. I still believe that if you say something privately around a friend or family it is what you basically think. You can get mad real quick and mumble off something stupid in the heat of an argument, but if you are just talking to friends or family and say that.....I think it speaks for itself. When he says I hate wrestling black guys...need I say more. Can't really defend that one for him. We all have said something or another about another race. Doesn't make it right, but it will happen from time to time. It is the side effect of us all living side by side to one another. Some people just take it way to far and really hate the other races. I have friends of all colors, some since Kindergarten still and we have our spats from time to time. That is what being with people for 35+ years will cause. Intentionally taking a jab at someone and using race as the insult is another story. For example: If you at home watching the news and you are watching war stories and ISIS news and you say " stupid towel heads" you mean that. There is no defending that. It is full blown racist comment. Saying something because someone is not there doesn't make it non racist.
  2. What makes his private conversation seem so bad, is that is what he really feels if he even would say that in private. Being a manager for a long time, we take all kind of courses on perception, diversity, etc. This will be hard for him to come back from for sure. I used to watch the Hulkamania cartoon in the early 80's before we would go to the skating rink on Saturdays, so this does suck to see one of my childhood athletes go down this way. Just my two cents.
  3. No one answered you earlier because there are several posts on how to change the music. Look under MVP 2005 and then tools and editors. It takes two clicks to find it in the download section on the upper right side!
  4. Thanks, I will try tomorrow when I get off work. Unfortunately I work every other weekend, and this is the weekend. I do like what I see so far from Win 10 though. Very smooth and fast with tons of bells and whistles. It even plays my House of the Dead 2 from like 1998 and all my emulators.
  5. I am using the preview build for Win 10 and I'm not having any issues with the mod. I can't use my editing tools on it though. I have to use my Alien ware Laptop for the editing. I can also play NBA Live 2005 , Maddon 2004, and I just started playing the mod of NHL 2004 two days ago. It took 3 Gigs for the download of Win 10, so be prepared to wait a little.
  6. I just joined your site too. The Hockey game is just as awesome as MVP 2005 modded. My wife is going to kill me since I now have another game I'll be playing again. Luckily I already had the game and manual. I like all the games from the 2004 year. The NBA Live 2004 is also a good one. They have a mod that updates until 2014 for that game. There are even shoe, basketballs, extra characters, etc you can download. I even have a mod where you can play like NBA Jam with the fire ball. Awesome work as usual fellas!!
Awesome faces my friend. Great work to keep us enjoying our favorite game!
  7. I have the preview build on my computer for Win 10 and I haven't came across any issues yet. I even just changed my music for the game.
  8. I like that Logo. Perfect! Clean and has all the MLB elements.
  9. The rules for the game are just like real Baseball. National League players hit, and The American League get the DH. When you play against a National League team you can hit when at their home turf as said earlier.
  10. I like the widescreen view personally. I have three video cards in SLI on a 71 inch LED screen, so the box makes it not look right being so big. Thanks for your hard work on my favorite baseball game!
  11. Nothing wrong with Old School. Most of the time it is still better. Most of us have higher skill sets than the young people have with all the technology that does everything for them now.
  12. I just saw your Van Halen. You need to find the 1984 record. It sounds fantastic!
  13. Buy the Armor All wipes in the plastic cans. That's what I use to clean and protect them. I also use them for my expensive Nike Shox shoes. They work wonders and don't put a harsh chemical on them. Use the purple cleaning wipe to clean, and the yellow label wipe to shine and protect. I mostly have 70's and 80's rock, but I also buy all new stuff on Vinyl as well. Pretty much every artist has an LP come out. I get mine from my local Hot Topic most of the time. I think the record sounds way better than the CD. I have all the Motley Crew, Poison, Def Leopard, G N R's, Mettalica, Ratt, Led Z, Rush, all of the 80's rap ( Fat Boys, Run DMC, Slick Rick and Doug E Fresh, LL Cool J, Grand Master Flash, Kool Moe D, Curtis Blow, Mc Lite, Queen Latifa, Public Enemy, NWA, to name a few) We have a pretty cool record store selection, but we now have a music club called The Vinyl downtown. That is where I just bought my Box set of the group Disturbed. it was 250.00 but it looks like an insane asylum case. Also my Green Day. My fav's! The Armor All will make them like new.
  14. His real name is Leati Anoa'i. ( Sika ) She gave me a big poster of him when he was in the Hall of Fame. I think it was 2007 if I remember right. It's crazy, but I'm 6 ft 4 260 lbs and she's as big as I am.
  15. That's cool. We have a training facility here in our downtown area, and a lot of times you can see a wrestler or two for a few days. They will hang out at our Boardwalk at Pensacola Beach, or a club called Big Kahuna's. I am good friends with a woman named Vanesa Anoai. Her father was one of the Somoan brothers in the 80's. I went to school with her from K all the way to Graduation. I worked for a place called All Pro Sound and we worked on his car. He had to have a lot of things changed on the inside of his Cadillac because he was so big.
  16. Instead of Louisiana Hot sauce, use Frank's Red Hot for Buffalo Wing Sauce. You will never go back! Great on eggs too!
  17. I will have to check out that thread. I do like talking up the Male soap opera from time to time. Cheers to you as well my friend!
  18. I was responding back to Bigrog's mustard quote. I meant for it to show up on that thread. I got his notification and clicked it. Thanks
  19. I actually got to meet him when he was in Cactus Jack character. He was a very cool, nice guy and gave autographs after the show for free. I used to live right next door to Road Dog. I met a few wrestlers from time to time. Rikishi lives here in Florida too. He surprisingly rides a crotch rocket when in town. A sight to see by the way! I think he owns a wrestling thing in Italy, so he is gone for a while here and there. I got to eat lunch with Sean Walton ( X Pac ) and the Dudley Boys back in the day when Spike was with them. It was for a Target United Way Charity event. That was a fun day!
  20. I have to buy the JR BBQ sauce. A must for my hot sauce/ BBQ sauce collection!
  21. Thank you guys. No harm no "Foul". Baseball pun intended. Have a great night gentlemen! I'm playing a few MVP 15 games tonight and had a BBQ with some Ball Park Frank's over some charcoal. No ketchup of coarse!
  22. I made the first request and then saw the last post was 2014. I didn't think that one was still open. That's why I did it twice. Thanks
  23. I made the first one, then I saw the last post was 2014. I didn't think that one was still open. That's why
  24. Was wondering if anyone would be willing to do some uniforms to show support for Breast Cancer. On TV games they have the pink helmets, gloves, batting gloves, and the pink bats. Also maybe put some kind of logo on the fence or score board with the ribbon. I know a few women who have either had and beat, or lost the battle. Would be cool to blast a home run with a pink bat for them in memory.
