    Works pretty good. Fps moves from 35 to 55 might look at the config some but glad I can even play it.

    I never got the game to work even with the fixed exe on any amd cpu. But I do have the game running on intel cpu with nvidia gpu no problem on windows 11. I guess this leads back into amd's problems with directx 9 support.

    Attached is a text file with links to database.big, models.big, and portrait.big files for use with a modded xbox or xemu. This overall is a work in progress. I moved over every face texture from the pc version to xbox using auto hotkey. Several faces don't look good since models can't be edited but there are some good ones and they are way better than default faces for everybody. Still trying to see what numbers relate to sleeves with xbox having limitations there. I'm sure interest would probably be low but wanted to share anyway!

    I think it's also that MLB 2k12 was just an average game and not really beloved. MVP 2005 is one of the best sports games of all time. I would be interested if someone at least had all the current faces for mlb 2k12. I still mostly play MVP though.

    You can try mounting the cd with daemon tools lite and see if that works. I'm currently running the game on windows 11 on two pc's. It sometimes has issues starting on my desktop but i just have a batch file that continuously tries to open the game until it's running (usually less than 10 tries). Once I'm past the initial loading screens it's good. On my dell g3 laptop with windows 11 it boots up everytime.

    Excellent job with these rosters and mods , it was hard to get the game but definitely worth it.
