i cant go back to any other system I have only ever had windows 10

I just want the game to run and it won't I have only had the computer on windows 10 home 64 bit and I can't get it to work.

So I used the owen's method but I can't get it to work on windows 10 even in administrator mode. I wanna get it up and running and I cant do that. please help
