With an xbox 360 controller you use L2 and R2 to lean off back and forth.  You tap L2 repeatedly when the pitcher winds ups to get the runner to take off. 

To me $100 is not a big deal. Most people pay that for collector editions of games that they will play once. You are paying that for a baseball game that gets modded continously without having to repurchase a thing.  And the Show is the only alternative in this scenario. 

Who did you buy it from.  Amazon, steam, should have a record of it.

Amazon.com is probably your only other option unless you find a private seller.  I would anticipate paying $100. That seems to be the going rate for mvp or mlb.
