Late to the game, I just tried this mod to play as the Cubs. For me, converting the menus to English was to go to the data folder and replace FEENG.LOC and IGENG.LOC with the original 2005 versions. Only thing is that the Jukebox songs won't match, but can use the loclook tool to fix the song names or else copy the original 2005 Jukebox songs (menu1.asf - menu9.asf) into the data/audio/cd/music folder to switch back to the original 2005 Jukebox songs.
