Major health issues messed up my progress. I am happy to be back and working on this again. Should have something done by next friday.

MLB 2k24 Mod Primarily a roster update which includes - Profile Photo's - Cyberfaces - Minor League rosters - Some changes in graphics (title pages, logos etc.) Each team will be updated one by one. I will update on here on progress. I will release "demos" in the middle of some progress. Usually when 2 or 3 teams are updated. That way , we can clear up any issues , bugs , graphical errors.

Cant wait to start! Its almost here.

Im working on some things. Would love to be able to edit stadiums. Editing some ads looks doable , but i dont know how to decipher changing stadium looks. The most important things would be STAR Player cyberfaces, rosters update Not so serious would be the uniforms and logo's (not that they arent important but just not enough NOT to play the game) We just dont have the direction on getting the other things like stadiums done.

Yup , asking for permission for site contributors, then going to do some graphical front end updates.

No worries on portraits, once the rosters are done, ill do the portraits.

I think too many modders don't make an effort to do a proper tutorial, or at least something to get others going in the right direction. A good example is stadium editing. This could be a huge motivation for modders to learn and get into it by editing stadiums. Its been done, but I havent found one single tutorial to get a good jump on it. I can open stadium files and view the art in texture editor, but its so confusing to know where to begin. The reason is probably that their are only 1 or 2 modders that have ever done stadiums, so they may not have the time to do tutorials or just dont feel the need to. this is not drag on them, since they have done amazing work, but im just stating a fact of what i think could be a reason for not many other modders catching on.

yea its basically popularity and love for the 05 game, although I love to play mlb 2k12 with friends. Its simple,and we have realistic games. The graphics look good. PLaying on a decent pc can give you maximum graphics, and they are nice. Thanks as always TorontoBjay. Going to take a look at this and see if i can add to it.

Awesome! This is sadly true. Many are willing to take the mantle, but unfortunately not enough info or in depth tutorials exist to edit these things. Some things you mention honestly are not too important to implement. Although it would be fun to.

Any modders in here working on anything or care to offer latest works to create an update for 2023?
