Srry for the confusion. I have Tit installed in my folder, when I click on it to run the program, a error msg comes up. So you're saying I don't need to run the file per se, just put whatever mod I want to install in the folder with TiT click on it, and it does the work itself? And do I need to install all the portraits listed?, it's about 8 of them.

Do you need TiT to install these portraits? If so, I tried to d/ld the file in the tools section and I got a error msg that the file didn't install. And do you have to install all the volumes of files listed?

Great work !! Just wish the gameplay matched the visuals.

I was thinking the same thing KC, until I started running into problems getting the game to load. I'll keep trying to find a way to play it. Tired of hearing how much fun it is, without re- experiencing it my self. I remember when it first came out 10 yrs ago, the gameplay was second to none.

I don't know why your jerseys aren't getting dirty, on my game when a player slides into 2nd base after stealing, the next time he's at bat his jersey is dirty.

Maybe this is the issue I'm having. Just like he says, the game loads and the bar gets halfway full then it crashes to desktop. I haven't played a game yet since I re-installed it. Models .big file might be the culprit, but how do you reduce the size of it?

I thought I had it working. After installing the software for my old logitech controller, I loaded the game and profile and watched the game load, then stop and go to desktop with the error msg, MVP 05 .exe is not working. I'm almost there, another setback however.

I'm new to this and trying to get my wired x-box controller to work, however the only file in that folder is PROF_1-Profile.sav. Don't see a .CFG file.

Thx Y4L, what about jerseys, faces and portraits? Do those have to be installed individually or are they included with the roster? Thx again for the help.

Now that I have the game installed with the MVP14 mod, what mods should I d/ld next? and what controller is recommended to use? I only have mouse support and currently use a wired x-box for other games. Will it work? Also why are there missing pitchers in some teams rotation, and how do you fill them in? Srry for all the questions.

Messing around with it I finally got it to work, by using the first option on the install page, where it's not a full install and runs off the CD. It's the only way I could get it to work. Am I missing some options that are normally available in a full install of all files? Also, I'm only able to use the mouse instead of my wired X-Box controller I use for most games. Will the game work with this or do I need another controller? Thx for all the help from you guys, I just hope using the first option, I'm not missing out on other important files in a full install.

I tried that, if you read my post and it won't allow me to do it.

I'm stumped...I created the desktop folder to install the game, and a error msg says it cannot install to the selected directory, because it may cause the system to become unstable. I don't know what to do next, I really want to install this but it may be too troublesome unless someone that has Win 7 64 home premium can chime in on how they got it to work. Thx for all the help and replies from the community to this point.

Tried it again after all the patches were installed, nothing has changed, still says MVP 05 .exe not working.

I just installed all 5 patches that Y4L posted in the d/ld section from EA after the game came out. Srry.. but I'm not familiar with using imgburn or daemon tools file. Will run it again shortly to see if that helps.
