What exactly do you mean deleted? I thought disc 2 has to be in to run the game.

Intel Core 2 Duo E9500 @ 3.00 Ghz, 4.0 GB of ram, Nvidia 9600 GT Video card, Asus P5KPL-AM-EPU MB, Win 7 64 bit Home Premium OS. I have no trouble running any games or software to this point.

Installed default MVP 05, running Win 7 64 bit home premium, changed it to run on XP compatability mode, got the game screen to come on for 3 seconds, then error msg says MVP 05 .exe not working, program shuts down. Also having trouble with the computer recognizing the CD in the tray. Just trying to get the game running before installing MVP 14. Are any prior patches required to be installed, before the game works correctly? Any help would be appreciated .

Just dug out my MVP 05 discs to try out MVP 14 and am trying to install it on Win 7 Home Pro machine. Will it run on Win 7? Also getting error messages saying that the disc is not being recognized when loading the game, and please insert correct cd-rom and re-start application when the disc is already loaded. I hear the disc running in the drive, but the game screen never comes up.

Another thing I failed to mention which is off topic, is why didn't 2K put the effort into MLB2K12 that they did NBA2K14? NBA2K14 is a fantastic game. It replicates NBA basketball just like the real game. IMHO, it's the best sports simulation made, including Madden. The animations, presentation, jerseys, cyberfaces, sliders, courts, the whole nine yards. Then, there are a couple of sites where modders customize things on a game that doesn't need many. Is it different programmers or what? They shortchanged the baseball game big time. NBA2K14 is what MLB2K12 should have been.

Well...if you're busy which I'm sure you are, maybe you could post the pitcher, hitter setting adjustments here and we can make them ourselves. Would be grateful if you could make it happen. Thx again.

Nice find. Maybe there is hope for this game after all. I'm tired of games where both teams get 10-15 hits and the scores are 8-7 or 12-2. I like some variety in the gameplay, a few 2-1 or 1-0 games every now and then. Good research nevertheless. Let us know what else you come up with please. And is there a way you can create sliders with these changes and make them available for the community? Thx again.

How much? And what kind of condition is the disc in?

I just noticed on my MLB2K14 rosters (BSU Fan's) that Alex Gordon and Alex Avila's names have been changed to Ryan. Can I correct this? When I go to edit players within the game, the names are ghosted and can't be changed. What about using the roster editor? Thx.

A lot of teams are calling up players, just wanted to know if there was a way to expand rosters using BsuFan's roster? If it can't be done, no big deal.

Nobody's making a big deal out of the ratings. It's quite obvious some players are overrated and others are underrated going by the stats for this season. I realize ratings change, but unless a great player's stats fall completely off the table, they should be more in line with the default settings. I know how to make the adjustments, just pointing out a obvious discrepancy.

are saying any cbyer faces on the site will work wih ese, or up to a certain date? I don't know which one's work with this roster.

Nice roster but I have some questions about a few players ratings. You have Miguel Cabrera at 74 power which is too low IMO. I know his homers are down, but he still should have a power rating much higher than that. I'm sure there are others I haven't been through all the teams. Good job nevertheless.
