What is the popular program used to make the alpha channel that gives the uniform numbers and letters that raised appearence?

Thanks, I finally got it, and made my own team jersey name. Now I have to figure how to make that green file that gives it dimension.

I noticed from photos that 2k12 NEW YORK on the Mets away uni's are too small. Notice the width on Lucas Duda's photo attached.

I am trying to make the 2000 Mets alternate away using the NEW YORK from the modern day away. When I try to add the white outline using paint.net and the orange shadow (see attachments) they only show up when you zoom in on them in the game. What I am I doing wrong? The attached shows the team name close up and further back. Note the difference in colors.fsscr102.bmpfsscr101.bmp

They Mets have the anniversary patch on the back of their ball caps. Can this be done in 2k12?

One of these years, they may just get it right. Maybe by 2025.

I must officially crown you...cyberface king! Not to take anything away from all the other great modders here who are just as appreciated.

The brown eye color is too light when creating a cyber face with the in game editor. Can someone darken the textures since most brown eyes look almost black. Also the straight hair and curly hair textures are almost identical. 2k did not put too much effort into face making features as usual. Thanks.

I wish there was a way to export all the franchise stats like Madden 08. Anyone know of such a program that can do something like that?

For the life of me, I could not figure out why only my AA team would crash when I tried playing a game. I tried everything. I really thought it was a created player or cyber face/portrait issue. Then after numerous attempts, I finally found the problem...One of my roster players had a single flap helmet assigned to him, This will cause 2k to crash. Minor leagues require double flap helmet. In case any of you out there run into a minor league crash check any created players for.

Which cyber faces? There are a few cyber face modders here. Could someone put a face pack together?

What an awful job 2k sports did this year with minor league players. Seems like they just said the heck with it. I just finished adding all my AA and AAA players from the actual minor league rosters.Probably 98% of minor league players were fake. And that's just on my team. I am now playing all my schedule AA and AAA games since you still can't play A games. Very nice to play minor league games with real name players.
