Tys Editor Instructions U can install these into the main mlb 2k12 folder and they will not overwrite any file. Open Tys editor and import the info from the text file included. These unis will have the correct color codes Normal Install instructions WARNING BACK UP ORIGINAL FILES as these will overwrite the originals.Unzip into the main mlb2k12 folder.Start game these will NOT have the correct color codes because of the way 2k does their files Generic Mod Enabler(use the files in the normal install) This is the best way for those who dont have tys editor and dont want to over write the originals. Download from http://www.users.on.net/~jscones/software/products-jsgme.html and follow thier directions.Once installed there should be a folder called *MODS* Inside this folder u can create another folder. For example if u just want national league modded unis name a folder NATIONAL LEAGUE and place my unzipped uni files inside this folder.Start the enabler and choose the folder that has the mods then start the game and the unis should be available. If u want to revert back to the originals then just shut down the enabler again these will not have the correct color codes In 1995 a team was formed in St Petersburg Florida and would become the Tampa Bay devil rays. The club has played in Tropicana Field and had finished in last place 9 of thier first 10 seasons. Then the Rays first winning season was also thier first devision title and also won the pennant. Since 2007 the Rays had 4 straight winning seasons and 3 playoff appearances including 2 AL East championships. In Novemeber 2007 the Rays made changes to the franchise's image, changing the clubs name from Tampa Bay Devil Rays to Tampa Bay Rays. The teams primary colors were formerly black, green and blue to navy blue, columbia blue and gold and the teams symbol was changed from a devil ray to a ray of sunlight. The devil ray symbol however is still used on the sleeve of thier jerseys. Finally in 1998 the team finally played thier first game against the Detroit Tigers but lost 11-6.They would go on to lose 99 games by the end of the season. The team aquired vets vinny castilla, jose canseco, greg vaughn and fred mcgriff and was dubbed as the "hit show" but all these players were past thier prime and unable to sustain success. The files included represent the 1997 and 2005 Rays. The 1997 uni is an unused uniform but thought it was unique so I have included it.U will notice stripes on the right sleeve ends but not the left. This is not a mistake but was going to be the style if they had went ahead and used these unis. The files included are the home and alt 1 iff's

The Senators played thier last game at RFK Stadium in 1971 as the team was to move to Arlington Texas for the 1972 season. With double knit uniform fabrics now the norm, the rangers became the first ML team to to have never used the old flannel fabrics. The nickname "Rangers" was a natural =derived from a historic tradition unique to the Lone Star State. The lettering style of the Rangers would appear on both home and road and would be reminiscent of the old west accented with a shadow effect. The team colors were to be red white and blue which was allready over used by other clubs but certaintly "all american" and all "Texan" and was not criticized or rediculed. The unis utilized the new built in wasteband but stayed with the traditional buttons on the jersey fronts.Blue was the primary trim color, caps undershirts and socks were solid blue.A white T edged in red was displayed on both home and road caps.Red white and blue striping was used on the wasteband and down the trouser legs,on the sleeve ends and collar. With the letter P on the front left breast.Caps were the standard pillbox type. During the Grover Alexander years the 1910 home and road unis took a distinct change from previous years.Horace Fogel chose green as the trim colors to match his colors to the rebuilt park. The jerseys were the fold up cadet type collar accented in green, As were the sleeve ends. The home uni had an old english "P" while the road was a block "P". Home caps had the round crown with green visor and piping down the seams.Whiler the road was solid grey.In 1911 a rookie pitcher named Grover Alexander won 28 games and had the league buzzing. He even helped them win a pennant in 1915 but after the 1917 season and the Phils woes began. The Phils had plunged in the league cellar by 1919 In 1921 they took a change in uniforms with the most significant change in over a decade by going with the now popular V neck style uni.Pinstripes were also introduced on both home and away.By WWll with the image of 2 losing decades it was decided that the Philadelphia National League club was to rechristened as the "Blue Jays". For whatever reason the name failed to catch on nor was it ever implemented into the uniform graphics except for a brief appearance of a blue jay symbol on the sleeve,in fact the name phillies was still displayed on the unis even though the new nickname was supposedly official. The post war was a rebirth of hope for the phils, as a new crop of talent appeared,Del Ennis,Robin Roberts and Curt Simmons. The rebirth and new uniforms for 1946 were red white and blue and remained for the next 3 seasons and symbolized the resurgence of the phillies as they were a legitimate pennant contender.1950 was a memorable year for the phils as they captured a pennant after a 35 year draught. These were the fabled"Whiz Kids" who caught the fancy of baseball fans nation wide.As to anticipate a milestone season the uniforms were another totally new look.Gone were the traces of blue and red was now the dominate color.Solid red stockings ,caps and undershirts and plus a daring red pinstripes on the home whites. This was the new look for the 50's and has been the base of the look that we see today with minor changes here and there. 1970 was a brand new era for phily, the fans said goodbye to connie mack stadium and entered the era of artificial turf and pillarless seats. The new unis also had a look of the future with a new stylized "P",modernized numbers, stripes all the way up the sides, and a deeper burgundy shade of red for the trim color and kept the pinstripes for the home uni.The road grey gave way to a more bluish shade(a symptom of the TV age) Except for a disasterous expirement with an all burgundy edition in 1979,this new graphics and look was accepted since thier 1970 introduction These files represent the 1901,1921.1925.1938,1934,and 1979 Phillies. The files included are alt1,away,bpa,bph,cl1 and cl2 iff's Click here to download this file

Inspired by the worlds fair the name Expos was chosen as the new team nickname. They were to play their home games at Jarry Park the home field of the former AAA International League.Red white and royal blue was chosen as the team colors keeping with the prevalent French speaking influences,A large stylized M in these 3 colors was designed as a team emblem and would be on the left breast of the jersey. The logo was quite unique it actually was an "Meb".The M was the whole Emblem while the small red area was the "e" and the blue area was the "b" and it stood for Montreal Expos Baseball. The home uni was regulation white while the road unis would be powder blue. Undershirts and socks were blue while the caps had a blue bill, white front and red center and blue in the back.Even in the mid 70's when most teams went with the double knit unis, the Expos kept the button down style. They remained unchanged until 1981 when they added a blue and red stripe from the sleeve ends up to the neck line and and down the sides of the jersey and down the sides of the pants. Although there was sentiment to revive the name Senators, political considerations factored into the choice Nationals.Politicians and others in the District Of Columbia objected to the name Senators because DC does not have voting representation in congress. In addition the Texas Rangers still had the owning rights to the Senators name.Coincidently sitting in as president at the time was former owner of the Rangers George W Bush. There was also more opposition from Peter Angelos owner of nearby Baltimore Orioles. They had been the only franchise in the Balto Wash Metro area. He had considered it as a single market. He contended that the O's would suffer finacially if another team entered the market even though they shared the market from 1954 thru 1971. This reasoning disturbed many in Washington as they recalled it was the Senators who allowed the St Louis Browns to move to Balto in 1954.March 31 2005 Angelos and MLB struck a deal against any finacial harm the Nationals might present.Under the terms television and radio rights to Nationals games are handled by the O's.Fans were frustrated because for the first 2 season most in the DC area missed almost the entirety of the Nats first 2 seasons. The Nationals are the only team who does not own thier own broadcast rights. On March 7 1990 Wayne Huizenga announced he had purchased 15 % of the Miami Dolphins and the Dolphins home for an estimated $30 million. He stated he was aggressively prsuing a franchise in MLB as the National league a few months earlier announced it intended on adding 2 new teams and that one of them would be placed in Florida. The only question was if Huizenga was capable to beat out Orlando and Tampa. Orlando feilded a very spirited campaign as a family based tourism city and Tampa allready had a baseball park in the Florida Suncoast Dome however The NL awarded Miami the franchise with a $95 million expansion fee.In 1991 Miami made thier first signing ever by signing 16 yo dominican pitcher Clemente Nunez. The Miami(Florida) Marlins have not had many uniform changes but the original color schemes were white, teal and black. The first year of league play they actually had 5 uniforms. The home was teal striped white jerseys with black numbers and players names with a thin teal outline. The Marlins name was across the front in teal. Stocking were all black and 2 styles of cap one was all teal and the alternate was all black. There were 2 alternate home jerseys. They were the same as the regular home jersey except the sleeves were all teal. The other alternate was all teal jersey with teal striped pants. There were 2 road jerseys, the original was grey with a black white and teal stripe going down the side of the leg.The word Florida ran across the front of the jersey and the cap was teal with a black bill. The alternate road had the all teal jersey with the grey pants but the word Marlins was in silver. The numbers were silver with a thin black outline and another silver outline along the black. The following files are the home cl1 and cl2.They represent 2 of the 1993 alternates and the 1996 alternate unis EXTRA NOTE:For those that use Tys Editor u will find that i had to put these in as the Tampa Bay Rays because the editor still has Florida Marlins and when u try and save the files it gives an unhandled error message.I have contacted Ty and see if he can fix this If he does then ill upload the fixed text file Click here to download this file
