What changes do I have to make to increase extra-base hits? I either hit a HR or a single. Doubles aren't there for me. Triple? A myth to me. Thanks a lot!

Sorry for bumping this "old" thread, but I just migrated to All-Star difficulty. I just tried these sliders and they worked all right. But I got only 2 hits while the CPU got 11. The Blue Jays pitcher was throwing a no-hitter until I hit two singles in the top of the ninth. Plus, I only got 3 K's the whole game while the CPU struck me out 7 times. I'm also using trues datafile, but which one should I choose? The default pitch meter or the hard one? User Pitch Meter Difficulty: -50 with the hard one looks pretty impossible to play. I think the CPU still swings too much. I rarely walk guys because they just don't wait. Except when I HBP with cutters and sliders... Anyway, I just wanted some advices and say thanks. So, thanks! Oh my god, I'm so stupid! I was trying to open either the mp3 or the asf files with Loclook. I didn't try to open the FEENG.LOC or IGENG.LOC It opened the .loc files that I was supposed to open I was going to ask where are the files to edit, but I found 'em. First of all, let me say THANK YOU for this thread. I was getting really tired of listening to the same songs over and over again. I used the Ditty importer, and all the songs were converted to the ASF format. And the songs played when I opened the game. Awesome. However, i tried to use Loclook to edit the name that appears in the game but I couldn't. Loclook only opens FIFA *loc files (*.loc). Where or how can I edit them? Or, what did I do wrong? Don't know yet, man. I started playing this game a couple of months ago, so I still don't know every player. So I keep playing with the Red Sox. I know all of 'em But I might choose other team and try the fantasy draft, maybe pick some superstars and the rest will be "normal" guys.

IMO the 10 dollars lifetime subscription should change to 10$ annually. What's the point of getting a lot of money now, and not having enough later? 10 dollars a year = 84 cents a month = 2.8 cents a day. How many games do you play in a game for 2.8 cents? :rolleyes:

I absolutely agree with the payment and with the cost. 10 bucks to have access to the BEST website of MVP Baseball? That's a great deal. Why does one guy have to maintain a website that many other "guys" enjoy? Take the burden off of him. I'll make my lifetime donation/payment real soon - just need to find my credit card.
