These updated uniforms feature the World Series 2008 Champions patches on the sleeve of the home and alternate home jerseys. All three game jerseys feature the "HK" tribute patch on the front of the jersey. This update also includes umachines' updated Phillies hats BE SURE TO BACKUP THE ORIGINAL FILES BEFORE APPLYING THIS MOD!

Here is a quick startup screen that I made with the 2008 World Champion Phillies Logo. It's my first mod, so please be gentle. Tested on my computer at 1680x1050. Enjoy and go Phillies!
