XBOX - Overlay & Pitch Selector: FSN - New York (Blue) [480i/p Version] ---------- PC Version credit, some graphics & inspiration: Trues. ---------- Here it is! This version should work great on normal (480i/480p) displays. -------------- To Install - Your xbox must be modded or you somehow have access to the data folder. 1) BACKUP YOU FILES 2) See # 1 3) Upload the igonly.big and ingame.big to your MVP Baseball/data/frontend directory I will NOT be tweaking locations any further so any releases I make will be within this setup, however there is alot of flexibility in what can be accomplished in this setup.. so it doesn't have to look indentical. Future Plans (maybe): - A Red NESN Version using the exact same setup as this one but with red colors, nesn logo and pitch selector. - Perhaps a custom TSN/Sportsnet version using this type of look. HardcoreLegend has a FSN midwest on the way. With this file setup, once you have the right ingame.big inplace for your display (480i/p vs 720p) then all you'll need to do is change the igonly.big file to use different overlays. guido

I used Trues screenshot, as I can't get any from the xbox, but the mod looks pretty darn close to his Well after some long hours I finally cracked the nut that is the xbox overlay. As stated previously the layout of the xbox overlay files are different than it's pc brother. This makes editing the files for a Fox Type display much more difficult. However with some gained knowledge of the .fel placement text files I was able to create what I believe is a pretty good replica of Tues's fine FSN-New York Version. As always there are some bugs that I've noticed. 1) This will only display most likely correctly on a Widescreen setup. I have ZERO idea if this will work on your video setup, I have the game running HD on I believe 720p. If you are not running this resolution than there may be some placement issues with the bar. If they is the case you have 2 options. a) live without this mod figure out how to edit the hudright and hudleft .fel files located in the ingame.big file. 2) The mod degrades in quality for some reason once there has been a black overlay applied to the screen. 2 examples I know of is when you send a pitcher to the bullpen or when a player gets hurt. I have no idea on this big so far. Thanks to the unswizzle tool, overlays adjustsments are now - somewhat - doable. I say somewhat because of the way the file is laid out compared to the PC version. Doing the "trues" style is proving difficult. Anyway in the meantime here is something I've been working on the past couple days. Its a sportsnet overlay. I don't know how to take a snapshot from the xbox so sorry no screenshot. Just drop the igonly.big file in your frontend/ directory. You'll need a modded box to use this file. Provide any feedback/help in the console forum.
