Been away from the game for a bit but getting back into modding.

This updates all the skies in the game from 2048 x 512 to 4096 x 1024.
Instructions:
As always, back up everything I would recommend downloading and using Jonesoft's Mod Enabler. Otherwise extract the ______.if'sf to your MLB 2k12 folder Click yes to copy and replace

Cleaned up over 60% of the textures. Added the bottom of the cleats. Finally fixed the Nike cleat (still a little fuzzy but big improvement, see screenshot)

Uploaded DDS files! Please use this thread to help you import the textures you want into the proper slot. Includes 20 bat colors and 6 bat logos [you can only use one bat logo at a time]

Updates only for Version 1 now, I'll update Version 2 when I get a chance, or just download the DDS files.

There are still a few things I would like to clean up (umpires come to mind) but I won't have time to work on this for a while, so I wanted to get the base out. I am also getting tired of the Marruci logo and will probably make a set of 3 or 4 new bat logos before opening day.

For the guys who have crazy high end rigs, would ya mind sending me some high res screen shots?

On Field Display Mod+

This makes the following changes to the gamedata.iff
Removes the yellow pitching arrows (FINALLY!)

Removes the blue replay circle [Perfect for video makers!]

Changes the B3 and B5 button icons to Left Bumper and X button.

Removes ball cursor while pitching

Changes the opacity of the fielding circles to ~20% and makes the landing marker a little smaller. Seems minor but makes a huge difference. In other words, No more solid white circles covering half the outfield.

Removes the MAX logo when executing pitching mechanic perfectly. You will still hear the sound.

I am sharing this as the initial release as this is my preferred setup. If anyone would like a variation of this (no arrows, with replay circle, with ball cursor, etc), please let me know. And yes, the yellow pitching arrows are really gone!

Hey everybody,

Brushing off the rust with the new 2012 Miami Marlins uniforms. So far I've got the Home Whites and the Black Home Alts. From the images I have seen, they should be pretty close.

Thanks to lusigregg for doing the ground work and gettin me back in it!

To get all the colors correct, you will need Ty Wiggins editor to change the HEX colors in your Roster File.

I have included screenshots of what each jersey should look like in the editor.

To install, back up the originals, then place the IFFs in your MLB 2k11 directory.

All the changes here are subtle but I think they make in a big difference in the gameplay feel.

*3.26.11- Fixed a few glitches that happened when importing the buttons*

1. All landing markers changed to 50% opacity. No more solid white circles covering half the outfield.

Hey everybody!!

Still can't believe that my boys are playing in the World Series!!

This mod has all home and away jerseys for the Rangers / Giants with the World Series patch on hats and right sleeve.

I HIGHLY recommend using a generic mod enabler to install so you can switch back to the originals easily.
I use Jonesoft's
Otherwise backup your originals and just copy uniform_xxx_xxx into your Mlb2k10 DIR

I've been on the lookout for a quality Cliff Lee headshot in a rangers hat with no luck. So i made one out of the original. I plan on uploading a new one if a decent pic is found. Until then, this works out.

To install you will need the NBA 2k10 MOD TOOL.
Run this program then,

1. Open the Portraits.IFF file from your MLB 2K10 Folder
2. scroll down to 1146*
3. IMPORT RES with the 1146.NEW.dds


* This is where Lee's portrait is for the standard roster, if you have edited your port ID's with ty's editor, then install accordingly.
