At least for me I think its my video card. I get it in other games as well as 2k11. Sometimes it happens without gaming and if you google my vid card with the atikpag or atikmag bsod, there are many posts about it but no fixes.I also get a notice popup in my task bar, that my vid driver has stopped responding and has recovered if it doest bsod

i have a Core2duo e7500 2.93GHZ, 3GB of ram and a GTS 450. i play MLb 2k11 in maximun graphics (1280x1024) with v-sync activated and sometimes the games lags and sometimes the screen turns black and them tunrs normal again like it were refreshing or something. anybody can help to improve that?

I get this with my ati 5770 vid card all the time. Its a known issue with xfx cards not sure if it effects other ati cards or nvidia. The display driver stops responding, if it doesn't recover i get a BSOD with a atikpag error. Can not wait to upgrade my vid card thinking I am done with ati.

It's not working for me.

I'm on Windows 7 x64 and it's just giving me the spinning circle and then nothing happens. I've tried running as an Admin and in compatibility mode. Does this not work on 64 bit?

This subscription really doesn't and probably won't effect me at all. I no longer play mvp and there isn't a mod for 2k9 that anyone can't do themselves..It really takes very little skill to mod what we can in 2k9 and if you take the time to learn you can do you own mods for mvp.. So downloading files isn't an issue with me. I do however feel that this is not a good sign for this site to stay alive.You can't depend on subscriptions, many on here are not able to pay. The next thing we will see is mods up for download on warez sites. You put a price on something and ppl will pirate it.

I have no problem paying $10 for this site and will as soon as I can afford to. I just feel everyone should pay the same no exceptions just because a few texture mods are made fro 2k9 ppl are exempt?? I can't even download my own mods because I never bothered trying to get the title of modder for the simple mods that I have done. Even though the no ball cursor is one of the only mods that actually changes gameplay in MLB 2k9
