Here are the dds files and script for my no ball cursor mod. It has all the late swing ect. removed. smaller base runner icons,no colorful popups after each pitch, and smaller numbers above the bases with runners on.It also has the xbox 360 button layout. I included an nfo so you can tell what each dds does.If you don't want a particular part of the mod just edit the script to not load that dds.

Krawithams MLB-thingy is needed to install this mod.

Just another startup screen this one Jason Varitek had to do it couldn't resist If you want anyone in particular let me know and I will make other screens.

I noticed that the other startup screens that have been made,still have Tim Lincecum appear befoe their modded screen. I figured out how to get rid of Tim. I made a David Ortiz and a Couple Dustin Pedroia startup screens and will be making more I am sure. I hope you enjoy. To install,Fiirst Backup your original files then, Copy the titlepage.iff and the englishbootup.iff file to your MLB 2K9 directory,defaullt install path is C:\Program Files\2K Sports\MLB 2K9, and overwrite the previous file.

I was finding it way to easy to ring up strikeouts, all i had to do is make sure the ball cursor was on the outside or inside corners ,and i could ring up 10+ K's a game.So my solution was to remove the ball cursor completely.It makes it a more realistic experience imo. I also removed the late swing,early swing,very early swing and very late swing cartoonish popups. If you want a tougher pitching experience give this a try. I enjoy it so much more without the cursor.Just backup your gamedata.iff in your mlb 2k9 root folder and put this gamedata.iff in.
