v2 - Completely re-did the beard. 100% Photoshopped but it looks great; more realistic.
v3 - Once again completely new beard. This one is photorealistic. NOTE: The beard texture was taken and modified from TWNLOVE's Jason Werth Cyber face (http://downloads.moddingway.com/file/11137.html). Although it's been modified, the base texture is from his work and should be given credit.

As requested here's an updated Dustin Pedroia. Fun fact: The beard reference I used to Photoshop for this was Conan O'Brien's

Another CF upon request. I actually got a good high-res photo to work with, although after tinkering the beard does come out a little low-res/smudged. It's not noticeable at all unless your publishing close-shot replays for ESPN. Joking aside, for standard gaming it should look fantastic. Also, I changed the lips from the standard to his real life mouth features. This is a step up from last few CFs which only added facial hair. Feedback always welcome!

Added a small chin beard that Cabrera is sporting now. Not too much to change since the facial structure is mostly spot on.
