Yeah I know. The only thing would be the double-switch problem but that's no biggie either. Damn that 2k12 wasn't released in Germany.

Uh very nice. It wants my key and I don't find it anymore. Seems I deleted the email with my key some time ago. So no patch for me, but no big problem. The game worked before the patch and will do so without the patch.

Didn't look into the game since the patch was released, gonna test it out for myself today.

Ah okay I didn't know he only put in "12". When he had put in "2012" then Matt Dominguez wouldn't have had 157 after the simmed season, he would have started with 31 (from the "12") and then 157 more games, that would mean that it would have shown 188 games. Then everything is fine.

They knew from the years before that they won't sell many PC copies. That's why lots of people even years ago waited for 2k to stop their PC series. I remember debates about that back in 2011.

Has nothing to do with piracy IMO. Although the patches for Xbox and PS3 came out very late, too, the release date of the PC patch simply is a joke. They more or less have buried the PC version last year as they saw that they weren't selling enough copies. That's also the reason why there was not 2k13 for PC. They are traditionally very laze/late regarding patches. It's the same with the NBA series. Why should they bother piracy when nobody is interested in the game whatsoever?

2k is a very strange company. I remember some posts from a guy over at operationsports who was talking to 2k via helpline when those problems occured first and the guy from 2k didn't even know that the problem exists and had to check it out himself first...of course the 2k guy didn't know about a workaround either.

What the heck... They needed nearly 1 year to give PC players a patch they already referred to in 2012?

I am not at home right now so I can't test it for myself but only to speak of the version (1.2) it is the same version as the patch for Xbox was. I think they addressed a few minor glitches but no game changers.

Don't know if I told ya via PM but one thing regarding the stats. Did we find a way to set the starting date to 2013? Otherwise the stats will accumulate, meaning that some guys will start with 150 games and 25 HR into the season and finish with 300 and 50 HR. Only wanted you to know. Your roster will be great as always.

Yeah I always thought that I should release new versions to give people the chance to tell me of mistakes that I made and so on... Quality control is a nice characterization for what I was aiming, Because of that I did upload those screenshots and so on. I think it will take some time before I release the next version. I aim for a damn huge update including realistic minor league ratings and so on. Using Zips projections as a base.

Already thought of it. Can be downloaded since a few moments.

I got all fake players out, only real names are on all teams. Currently updating 25-man rosters and lineups. Then I gonna release it.

Ah before I forget it I would like to show you some screenshots. I tweaked the Giants' major league ratings with my new system (using the updated Zips projections as a base). What do you think of them? OVR ok? I'll show you some new Dodgers' ratings so you have something to compare.

So guys 4 more hours of roster work have been done and now only the fake minor leaguers of the NL Central are left. Besides them all teams now have minor leaguers with real names. Have a nice weekend.
