First let me say great job to all on the MVP 15 mode...Looks amazing and I can`t wait for the patch to make the game even harder...Cause I like to be challenged...That being said and I know this has been reported to death....After scanning through the form and trying every way to fix the issue I was wondering if anyone has any new way to fix the schedule updater so it can change the year to 2015...Instead of it showing a black screen and then disappearing... I have tried all the fixes suggested from the various posts I have read... Any ideas would be helpful... Thanks

Hi This may not be the right place but I was wondering something..I have noticed the last little while that there are Portraits etc popping up for MVP 2015 does that mean that down the road there will be a conversion mod out there..?? And will there be a 2015 schedule as well..?? Thanks

Hi Daflyboys Sorry I didn`t get back to you until now, I tried what you suggested but still didn`t work...I tried both things and I am still having the same issue that I stated above...Any other ideas would be helpful.... Thanks

Hi Daflyboys My target doesn`t say that in the window...It says "E:Program Files (x86)EA SPORTSMVP Baseball 2005mvp2005.exe" and when I tried to change it to - win like you said , it told me that the name in the target box is not valid..Make sure the path and file name are correct..

Hi I updated my MVP 2005 with MVP 2014 and everything installed great but when I try to use the Schedule updater and press control alt delete to minimize the program it all works fine but after when I try to restore it...The screen goes black for a second and then the program disappears,,, I have had the MVP game on my computer for a long time and I never had this issue...I have allowed MVP through the firewall and the anti virus is accepting it... Any ideas as to why this is happening would be appreciated... I am running WIndows 7 64 bit... Thanks John

Hey DylanBradbury I haven`t tried to us it on the default version of MVP I will give it a shot but if that works and I then mod the game will the year stay or would it revert back...???

Sorry DylanBradbury i was searching the site and wanted to chime in here...TheGregYlda i ask that question before you have to download the 1994 mod and install it and there you will see the folder called Extra in there is the year changer you can not get it any other way...

Don`t be sorry you tried your best which i appreciate.... I am running Windows 7 64 bit as well and i never had this issue before so i am mystified as well, maybe if you have a few mins if you can speak to the other modders on the site maybe there is something that we both have missed...

Hi DylanBradbury I was trying to see what is causing the schedule updater to stop working and when i ran the troubleshoot progam it was telling me that the updater was incompatible, since the other site is gone now do you know were i can download the latest version so i can see if it will happen again.... Thanks

Hi DylanBradbury Unfortunatly it didn`t work something is not allowing the schedule updater/year changer to work....I even tried to disable the anti virus to see if that did it but nothing... Is there any other way that i can change the year to 2012..??

I downloaded the 1994 mod and the year changer was in the extra file you were talking about so i got that as well, i am going to do a clean install of the MVP 2005 with the MVP08 mod and the add ons and let you know what if it worked or not...

I will try the schedule updater v3.0 and see if that works as well...

The other thing i noticed is that your organizational screen is different from mine i have the vegas 51`s, would that play a role..???

It didn`t work i even downloaded the updater again thinking that my version may have been something wrong and still didn`t work...I was curious though the updater i have is the one that says Schedule upater 2009 has there been a newer verison out, maybe i am using a version that is incompatible..??

Yes i use the ALt Tab at the screen were it says welcome to the Toronto Blue Jays and at the bottom right it shows the when the next game will be..I then load the Updater wait for the choices instead of getting the choices it closes down and i am back on the desktop... I will download the 1994 mod and see if it works and let you know.... Thanks again for all your help...

Hi Thank you for the responces i am using the schedule updater when i started a new dynasty i push control, alt ,del to get to the desktop and then i would change the year and the age of the players then i would go back to my dynasty press a button and the date would change... Yes i am using the schedule by Dylanbradbury....The schedule updater worked before for the 2011 roster but Yankee4Life is right something is blocking it here i tried everything i could think of... This Year changer that you guys mentioned is that in the mod 1994 or is that part of the tools...?? Cause it sounds like that would be my best bet...
