Well, the goat just goes in the oven, I don't really know the words in english for it. Roasted maybe? Codfish that's another matter. We have literally over 100 recipes for it. But in Christmas it's generally boiled and served with potatoes and vegetables.

We try to park it real close to my mother in-law.

Come Christmas, It's anything goes for me. Whatever is on the table, dies! Turkey is part of the Portuguese traditions, but so is codfish (we are crazy for codfish, any excuse will do to eat it) and also goat.

Does that include an open bar? Seriously now, this is where I come for baseball talk. You guys are my baseball buddies. I believe I started the latest arguments on the shoutbox when I mentioned what happened in France. It was not intended that way, I was just shocked at what was happening. But I agree, this is a place for baseball, and baseball games. I also agree that not enough people post here. Maybe if we had more baseball related topics, more people would post. But even then I don't know. There is this 'Yankee news for Yankee fans' thread that only two or three people visit and post it. And that is a Yankees topic. Most of you have been here longer than I have, so your suggestions are probably better than mine.

I fully agree with Jim. Wilson was great last season, but relievers not named Mariano are more prone to fall off a cliff than any other player. Besides, the Yankees have been able to put together good bullpens in the past few seasons. Still, sad to see Warren and Murphy go.

Is there any chance CC Sabathia reads this? I think it would help him a lot.
